Reporting to: HR Manager
Experience: 05 years administration experience in manufacturing concern.
Location: Mardan
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide a wide variety of administrative and support services to the HR Manager.
Devise an action plan to complete daily administrative tasks.
Ensure health and safety with in organization
Resolve problems from internal and external sources including vendors, Customers and Associates.
Manage security system of the factory.
Oversee the infrastructure, development work and routine maintenance.
Assistant HR manager:
Education: MBA HR
Reporting to: HR Manager
Experience: 05 years in field of HR
Location: Mardan
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, review, implement, and update applicant tracking, employment practices, compensation & benefits.
Manage employment contracts.
Interview and assist in selection of candidates.
Dealing legal matters including court relation and dealing with law years.
Manage performance appraisals
Develop Human Resource strategies and provide follow upto management.
Implement and oversee new staff orientation.
Oversee employee relations, and grievances management.
Maintain an up-to-date HR Policy and procedure manual and Employee hand Book.
Factory Manager:
Education: BSc. Mechanical Engineering / industrial Engineering
Reporting to: Director Operations ‘
Experience; 05 years in a Manufacturing concern preferably FMCG as Factory Manager
Location: Mardan
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive profitability, create, implement and manage business strategies to achieve the Company’s objectives and to provide continual stimulus to its growth and operational efficiency.
Ensure continuous improvement in all areas of operations.
Ensure total quality management to meet and exceed customer’s requirements.
Development and prioritize tactical plans to assure achievement of factory operational goals.
Assure desired level of product quality.
Develop strategic vision for operation direction and performance requirement to align with company’s mission an objectives
