			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>National ICT R&amp;D Fund, a company registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 and incorporated by the Federal Government, invites applications for the following positions:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Position:</strong> General Manager – Projects</p>
<p>Purpose: to manage existing and new initiatives and programs administered by the Fund. To facilitate the Fund, define the framework of new initiatives and programs besides overseeing essential parameters for evaluation, financial budgeting, execution, audit, monitoring and metrics of success for all the projects.</p>
<p><strong>Qualification:</strong> Master Degree in Engineering or Management or equivalent from an HEC recognized university with 10 years experience. PMPR Certification, demonstrable project management experience, and a degree in an ICT discipline would be preferred.</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> A minimum of ten years hands-on experience in project management of technical and /or human resource development projects is required. Expert knowledge of MS Project or other similar project management software tools is required. Expertise in designing project plans, scope, allocation of resources, monitoring and execution would be the hallmark of this assignment. Other areas would include communication strategy, project procurement procedures and coordination with various external and internal stakeholders.</p>
<p><strong>Workplace</strong>: National ICT R&amp;D Fund Office in Islamabad or a location determined by the company.</p>
<p><strong>Remuneration:</strong> Market Competitive salary with monetization equivalent to 1300 cc car.</p>

</strong>    Delivery and reception of diplomatic correspondence with local authorities.<br />

    Technical handling of official German delegations and visitors.<br />
    Arranging of official appointments for the Embassy.<br />
    Coordination of entry permits for visitors into the Diplomatic Enclave.</p>
<p><strong>The Applicant should possess the following qualifications:<br />
</strong>    Excellent knowledge of German, English, Urdu and one other local language, both verbally and in writing.<br />
    Bachelor’s degree (public administration, business management or the like).<br />
    Work experience in a public-oriented position, preferably in public administration, foreign institutions, etc.<br />
    Excellent manners, groomed and self-assured appearance.<br />
    Outstanding ability to interact with local and foreign colleagues as a team player.<br />
    Good IT-Knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel or similar Programmes)</p>

<p><strong>Branch Manager<br />

Minimum Eligibility: At least 8 years of branch banking experience with at least 3 years in a similar role. Up to 45 years of age. Bachelor’s Degree, MBAs preferred.</p>
<p><strong>Customer Services &amp; Operations Managers<br />
</strong>Job Summary: Responsible for day to day branch operations, engaging business partners to ensure adherence to service level agreements and regulatory compliance.<br />
Minimum Eligibility: At least 8 years of branch banking operations experience with at least 3 years in a similar role. Up to 45 years of age. Bachelor’s Degree, MBAs preferred.</p>
<p><strong>Personal Bankers<br />
Job Summary</strong>: Responsible for facilitating delivery of seamless services to customers: to expand relationships by selling to new and existing customers. Will be the face of the branch and will assist in any / all customer related issues.<br />
Minimum Eligibility: At lest 4 years of branch banking experience with at least 2 years in a similar role. Up to 35 years of age. Bachelor’s Degree, MBAs preferred.</p>
<p><strong>Chief / Universal Tellers<br />
Job Summary:</strong> Responsible for handling the portfolio of Universal / Chief Teller in addition to supervision of tellers. Offering tellers consistent coaching to ensure quality and compliance standards are being met.<br />
Minimum Eligibility: At least 3 years of cash handling experience in a commercial bank. UP to 36 years of age. Bachelor’s Degree.</p>
